As a Trainee Building Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering a varied range of building surveying commissions including professional services, condition surveys, and construction projects. You will assist experienced Building Surveyors in the delivery of these services, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the process.

You will be part of a vibrant dynamic team responsible for delivering projects across a range of sectors – heritage, education, healthcare, commercial, central government, defence, and retail. Our clients expect high-quality results, and we strive to exceed their expectations through our expertise and dedication.

We have a structured training programme to support RICS accreditation, with an excellent APC rate. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skill base through targeted and bespoke training programmes. In addition, you will have access to various technologies that support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services
  • Contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, designs, and specifications
  • Evaluate and report on tenders
  • Undertake surveys, including condition surveys, DDA, Fire Risk Assessments, Schedules of Condition, and Acquisition Surveys
  • Prepare reports for customers
