Job OverviewThe Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Specialist will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our business.
About the RoleAs a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our team. This includes implementing and configuring MS Dynamics 365 on-premises and cloud solutions, as well as developing custom applications using C#/.NET and other technologies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements;
- Developing and maintaining custom applications using C#/.NET and other technologies;
- Providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a MS Dynamics 365 Consultant;
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 on-premises and cloud, and customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365);
- Expertise in C#/.NET, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and Full REST APIs;
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Platform;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Residence in the Lisbon or Porto Metropolitan Areas;
