As a Sr. Software Engineer in R&D, you'll be part of the team responsible for developing next-generation capabilities of our platform components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing solutions with the team by following best practices of development processes;
  • Optimizing performance of the platform component you'll work on;
  • Producing and testing code in short cycles with high automation levels;
  • Focusing on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users;
  • Troubleshooting complex incidents created by solutions developed in your team with on-call support rotation.

You will also:

  • Know product development best practices, continuous delivery, and testing;
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members;
  • Be available for on-call rotation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
  • 5+ years of software development experience;
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design;
  • Passion for analyzing and designing solutions for high-tech problems;
  • Great troubleshooting skills;
  • Affinity for learning and helping others find their way in complex subjects;
  • Drive to innovate and bring development best practices into your team;
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
