We're seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Manager for Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love tackling new challenges, this opportunity is perfect for you.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The position will manage the relationship with Adalvo CMO Partners from a commercial perspective, leading contract and price negotiations to achieve the best price and value. As the primary contact point with third-party suppliers up to dossier delivery stage and later for all cost-related topics, you'll monitor supplier performance by gathering feedback from relevant departments, reviewing improvement plans, and setting future initiatives for CMOs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cordinate early-stage Supply Chain Setup
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships
- Oversee the breakdown and in-depth analysis of Cost of Goods (COGS), negotiate terms and conditions with CMOs to ensure favorable agreements aligned with the company's financial and operational goals
- Drive COGS reduction initiatives
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize COGS, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization
- Utilize Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant tools to monitor and manage COGS data effectively
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply contracts with CMOs, ensuring terms are clear, legally sound, and aligned with company policies
- Work closely with PM, R&D, BD, Portfolio, and support to ensure business case and supply capabilities on defined Supply Chain
- Act as an Escalation point for the Business and Supplier in the event of concerns, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders, and post-incident review
- Drive improvements to existing products and business ventures
- Identify opportunities to drive value and improve performance of existing and potential suppliers
- Define what to solve according to market needs, articulating valuable market problems, priorities, and justification for each part of the solution
- Seek ways to improve innovation in processes, reduce costs, manage and reduce risk, and stimulate performance improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CMOs regarding COGS-related matters
