**Your Mission in Funcom**
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Funcom, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality service delivery to players. This includes building, maintaining, and improving infrastructure and servers that support games, managing comprehensive monitoring systems, and responding to incidents based on player feedback and stakeholder requests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain game servers for optimal performance and maximum uptime;
- Address and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures;
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and scale platforms as needed;
- Collaborate with the player support team to resolve issues reported by players efficiently;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate new changes and deliver an exceptional experience to the player community.
**Requirements**
- Expertise in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters;
- Strong skills in managing and diagnosing issues with Elastic Search;
- Deep understanding of Linux, with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues;
- Good knowledge of RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and networking, as well as experience with Terraform and Ansible scripting.
