Salary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our Security Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will support the Group's businesses in implementing our security strategy, defining security policies, monitoring compliance, and implementing employee training and awareness activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on security best practices and protocols.
  • Prepare and present reports on security status and incidents to management.
  • Evaluate and verify the security of suppliers used across the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST).
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
