We are looking for a Global Customer Experience Professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a representative of BluSelection, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients from around the world.
Your main tasks will include answering incoming queries, identifying issues and providing solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, recording data in the CRM system, and providing ad-hoc support. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a native level of German and at least a B1 level of English, knowledge of the customer service industry, being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people, having a drive for excellence and professionalism, and being a real team player and committed to your work.
We offer a range of benefits to support your relocation and success in this role, including reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after contract signing, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival, private health insurance after 6 months of contract which is extra to the standard insurance, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities and social events organized by the company, and Portuguese public holidays and 22 days of paid holidays.
