Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute project plans that align with strategic objectives and meet client needs;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard;
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing downtime;
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders, fostering trust, and communicating project status, progress, and outcomes;
  • Continuously assess and improve project delivery processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain robust project management frameworks, guidelines, and best practices;
  • Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative methodologies, applying knowledge to enhance project delivery and outcomes;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring mutual understanding and respect;
  • Cultivate a culture of transparency, accountability, and customer-centricity, driving results-oriented behavior and performance;

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in a digital transformation context;
  • Strong background in project management principles, methodologies, and tools;
  • Superb leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to navigate complex technical and business landscapes;
  • Results-focused, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure;
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages an asset.
