At Dickies, we're seeking a seasoned merchandising expert to lead our Mens Bottoms category. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving commercial success through effective merchandising strategies.

About the Role

A day in the life of a Senior Merchandising Manager for Mens Bottoms at Dickies involves delivering seasonal product lines that align with brand and financial objectives. You'll analyze sales data, consumer research, and trend data to optimize assortments and pricing strategies. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, initiating new concepts that build on Dickies heritage franchises, and leading collaboration with design, marketing, and regional merchandising and sales teams.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving commercial success through effective merchandising strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail fundamentals.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Creative problem solver - thinks strategically, acts tactically.
  • Experience working in global/regional GTM model.
  • Proactive working style able to work independently as well as seamlessly across the organization.
  • Strong PC skills - MS Office programs – primarily analytical and presentation programs.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
  • Strong influence, verbal, and written communication skills – promotes spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Apparel experience, ideally knowledge of the work consumer/marketplace or passion/interest in that area.
  • Minimum of 8 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry, with a focus on Men's workwear.
