Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key retail clients, fostering long-term collaboration and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Grow existing wholesale accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities through targeted partnerships.
  • Resolve key clients' concerns, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align strategies with customer needs and drive business success.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
  • Monitor account performance, compile reports on progress, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, with a track record of driving growth and success.
  • A true entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key clients and internal teams.
  • Pragmatic approach with a strong analytical mind, coupled with an affinity for numbers and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
