Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other procurement tools. They will also consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data, as well as manage standard supplier communication on topics such as Sustainability and Cybersecurity.
Additionally, the Procurement Specialist will prepare contracts, identify missing data, and manage electronic archiving of contractual documents in Airbus tools. They will also launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs, process ad-hoc requests, and ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of work experience and the potential to be developed in the core countries of Airbus' Procurement function. They will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, and be fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be an asset.
The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools and comfortable with remote working.
