Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial position of the plant production teams, including procuring items under operational and financial responsibility. You will also be part of the Broughton plant financial controlling team, reporting to the Head of Planning & Reporting. Your strong links with operational teams will be essential for regular alignment and co-working. As part of your role, you will consolidate BIM top-level forecasts across European plants for onward alignment with central programme teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the financial position of the plant production teams
- Part of the Broughton plant financial controlling team, reporting to the Head of Planning & Reporting
- Strong links with operational teams for regular alignment and co-working
- Consolidate BIM top-level forecasts across European plants for onward alignment with central programme teams

Requirements
- Educated to at least degree / masters level
- Experience in a relevant financial controlling / management accounting role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence a diverse mix of finance and operational stakeholders
