Job Summary

We're seeking a German-speaking junior social media content moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing online content to ensure it meets our community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone
  • Consult with clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain
  • Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or frequently asked questions
  • Maintain and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2)
  • Advanced level of English both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Experience with online advertising products and social media will be considered a plus
  • Must hold EU citizenship
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
