Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal (f/m/div) to support our legal and patent teams in a variety of tasks that require good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Intellectual Property Rights Management: Perform assignments to obtain and defend Intellectual Property (IP) rights on entry level.
- IP Docketing and Deadline Management: Execute existing procedures and solve upcoming issues in docketing IP related information and deadline management.
- Legal Support Services: Provide legal support services and solutions for all areas of IP law.
- Document Preparation and Review: Prepare and review legal documents, such as invention disclosures, patent and trademark applications and related documents.
- Patent Committee Organization: Organize patent committees regarding inventions disclosures and patent applications and help in execution of decisions by Infineon Patent Counsels.
- Payment Handling: Handle payments towards law firms and Patent and Trademark Offices.
- Process Monitoring and Reporting: Create reports and statistics for process monitoring and assist in general clerical tasks.
- Cross-Functional Workflows: Interface with various Infineon central departments (accounting, tax, etc.) to process cross-functional workflows.
- Education: University degree or relevant (3+ years) vocational/professional training in the field of law, Paralegal studies or related field.
- Experience: Previous professional experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge: Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices in the legal field, most specifically IP.
- Skillset: Good ability to perform research and cross-functional tasks in addition to keeping track of deadlines. Skilled use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Personality: Ability to collaborate with others and work independently. Willingness to learn continuously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to details and accuracy.
