Job Title: Operational Technology Cyber Security Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Technology Cyber Security Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our OT Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for managing the internal OT Cyber Security team to safeguard critical infrastructure and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) by ensuring their secure operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security testing to identify weaknesses in our OT systems.
  • Analyze system architecture, network traffic, and logs to identify potential security threats.
  • Implement security controls and develop incident response plans to ensure the reliability and security of our OT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISOx and IT/OT cybersecurity standards.
  • Collaborate with necessary teams to design secure system architectures for critical infrastructure.
  • Support in the implementation of central security measures, such as intrusion detection systems.
  • Ensure reliable security operations in OT/ICS environments.
  • Support in the mitigation and resolution of security incidents promptly.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art network- and CyberSecurity-standards and technologies, including firewall virtualization.
  • Knowledge of IT/OT cybersecurity standards and tools (ISOx, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLCs.
  • Strong understanding of OT systems, ICS, and their security requirements.
  • Understanding of the current threat landscape and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Experience in the build and operation of OT systems.

  • Passionate for cyber security and/or OT.
  • Natural motivation to integrate multi-disciplinary international IT teams.
  • Stress tolerance, methodology, and rigor.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Teamwork and service-oriented mindset.
  • Very good level of English mandatory.
