About the Job

We are a global leader in the BPO industry, and we are looking for a highly skilled Content Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and classifying content on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and evaluating content (videos, images, text, and audio) against established policies and guidelines;
  • Classifying content into different categories based on its typology;
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to Trust & Safety actions;
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure user and brand safety on our platform.
