Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a Legal Officer specialized in Corporate Law and Business Law, fluent in French, to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will assist the Legal Director in managing the corporate life of Acolad's French affiliates, ensuring that agreements with third parties are duly centralized, reviewed, and executed at a group level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate life of Acolad's French affiliates;
• Draft corporate meeting minutes for French affiliates;
• Execute formalities on INPI;
• Draft and review legal agreements such as framework contracts and NDAs in French and English;
• Support on the implementation of compliance regulations such as data privacy laws (including the GDPR) and anti-corruption laws (including the Loi Sapin II);
• Perform other clerical and legal reporting functions assigned by the Legal Director.

Requirements:

• University degree in International Business Law or equivalent qualification;
• Fluent in French and English;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Business law oriented on an EU and international scale;
• Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation/relationship building skills;
• Comfortable operating in an international and multi-cultural environment;
• Flexibility and adaptability in approach to all tasks;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
