CAD Layouter

We are looking for a CAD Layouter to join our team at Körber Supply Chain PT S.A. as part of our efforts to create innovative and efficient automated storage and handling solutions.

About the role:

The CAD Layouter will be responsible for producing and reviewing detailed system general layouts in AutoCAD 2D, in coordination with Solution Design Engineers and Technical Managers. This includes working on the detailed system general layout according to equipment design rules, existing library blocks, and layout drafting standards. The CAD Layouter will also create all the documentation related to the CAD layout file, such as equipment lists in Excel exports and printable layout versions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Produce the system general layout using Autodesk Software (AutoCAD / Inventor) according to company equipment design rules, existing CAD library blocks, and layout drafting standards.
2. Create all the documentation related to the CAD layout file, such as equipment lists in Excel exports and printable layout versions.
3. Develop AutoCAD 2D Library Dynamic Blocks according to our equipment portfolio.
4. Support the management of CAD tools and guidelines.
5. Promote continuous improvement and collaborate in the creation of CAD new standard tools and guidelines for solution development.
6. Actively support and comply with Körber's Compliance and Code of Conduct.

Your profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled CAD Layouter with a strong background in Mechanical or Civil Construction Design. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions and excellent skills in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Inventor, Navisworks, and Factory Design Utilities. Additionally, the candidate should have strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and Portuguese, English, and Spanish or French or German languages.
