About the RoleThis position is ideal for skilled engineers who enjoy working on complex projects and are passionate about delivering high-quality results. As part of the team, you will be responsible for handling escalated tickets from L1 and L2 support teams, working closely with architects, other engineers, product owners, and senior stakeholders to complete projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the transformation of the desktop environment as the company prepares for a full move to the cloud.
- Handle upscaled tickets from the L1 and L2 support teams.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Relevant experience in virtualization, workplace, systems, or cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Desktop, VMware, Azure, Nutanix, Windows Server, Linux, and PowerShell.
This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 2-3 days per week spent in the office in Lisbon. The local team has around 10 people, and globally, there are close to 50 engineers, architects, and other professionals.
BenefitsThe company offers a range of benefits, including:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between €72,000 and €117,000 per annum, based on a 5-day working week and assuming a daily rate of €175.
