This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dedicated team responsible for managing all major IT system incidents across the UK and EU regions. As a System Resilience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving support teams and partners to restore normal business service as quickly as possible within agreed SLA's, while ensuring transparent and timely communication throughout the Incident lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with TechOps support teams to provide around-the-clock assistance to the business for major incidents.
- Oversee efforts to restore the business to its normal operational state via fixes or workarounds within agreed SLA's.
- Evaluate the involvement of relevant technical resolver groups in Incident investigations.
- Catalyze the collaboration of third-party vendors as necessary for incident investigations.
- Advise senior management and leadership teams regarding the status of critical Incidents.
- A solid background in IT Service Management, preferably with certification in ITIL.
- Experience in coordinating IT services and adopting Incident/Problem Management principles.
- Familiarity with managing 3rd parties and their services.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
