About the Role

The successful candidate will support the nursing staff in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their hygiene and personal care needs are met while maintaining their dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with eating, drinking, mobilizing, and transferring as directed by the nursing staff. Additionally, they will participate in activities with residents and assist in end-of-life care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months' experience in healthcare or a similar environment
• Practical experience in a caring capacity desired
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Professional, caring, and empathetic nature
• Good English language skills
• Availability to work varied shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends

Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
