As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, supporting project execution, and collaborating with senior management on departmental objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in software engineering. Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies is essential, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of developers responsible for package software application development
- Support project execution and resource allocation
- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives
- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions
- Provide technical assistance to team members
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in software engineering
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Technical knowledge in package applications
