Our Digital Technology Security and Compliance Platform department is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM technologies and processes to secure and provide the right accesses to the right people at the right time with the best user experience. As an Identity Access Management Specialist, you will work on managing Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) Services in collaboration with other IT teams and business stakeholders to support our internal customers.
The role involves overseeing Service Delivery and Performance, monitoring service performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the service, serve as the escalation point for major incidents affecting the service, and approve and oversee changes to the service ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with change management best practices.
You will participate in the creation and negotiation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and identify and mitigate business and security risks associated with the service. Additionally, you will conduct regular service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode. Relevant education degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology is required. Relevant work experience of minimum 6 years in IT, business, management operations, or related professional areas is also necessary.
You should have experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, Ping Identity, or other federated identity providers. Project management skills to plan and execute Identity-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, are essential. Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools such as PowerShell is also required.
Familiarity with security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and cryptography techniques to secure authentication processes is necessary. Strong leadership capability, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and established rapport and influencing skills are also required.
