Job Title: CAD Drafter

Subsea7 is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our Global Project Centre in Lisbon. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for applying advanced techniques to produce complex drawings and sketches consistent with good engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide CAD skills and knowledge in 2D and 3D design.
  • Interface with CAD Lead to ensure deliverable schedule and budget are met.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to obtain input for designs and drawings.
  • Assist Fabrication in resolving construction difficulties related to design problems.
  • Participate in relevant training and development to pursue continuing professional development.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc. in Engineering or Technical education related to mechanical or structural engineering.
  • Experience in steel structures and/or mechanical design.
  • Knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD, Vault & Inventor software, and MS Office.
  • Sound communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
