About This Role

This Technical Lead for SAP Digital Transformation position plays a key role in driving customer success as ONE SAP by maximizing the adoption of SAP products through factory services and outcome-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting SAP customers on their journey towards the Intelligent Enterprise, delivering standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant, and leading projects as Technical Lead for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Driving the technical aspects of digital transformation projects.
  • Leveraging the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support SAP customers.
  • Delivering standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant.
  • Leading projects as Technical Lead for customers, including support during requirement gathering phase, analysis of system landscape, and technical design.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in English (both written and oral).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar experience.
  • 8+ years of previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrade, and migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP HANA DB, Cloud Migrations, Operating Systems (Unix/Windows/Linux), Databases (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB), and Performance Tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills with a technical focus.
  • Active member of a technology-related community.
  • SAP Certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA preferred.
  • Experience of working in large landscapes/environments/customers.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
