As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives by delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. With a strong background in Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities, you will design and configure Power Platforms solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities, as well as an understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. In addition, you will need to have experience in consulting and good presentation skills, confident in own ability and demonstrates this to clients and colleagues, works independently as well as in a team environment, and good clear communication skills. A minimum of 3-5 years hands-on proven functional experience in Power Platforms configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, flows, forms, views and standard reports development is required.
The role involves working closely with client teams and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will be responsible for designing and configuring Power Platforms solutions, creating industry templates, and delivering consultancy and configuration work according to our client's project methodology. Additionally, you will contribute to Pre-Sales activities, including building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to our clients
- Organise, manage, and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders and delivery team(s)
- Interface effectively with other members of the delivery team and the solution Architect to ensure that the Power Platforms solution meets client's requirements
- Deliver high-quality business and software solutions and services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customisations
