Job Description
The Tagus Partner Team at Wellhub is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to help build the heart of our business model. Our mission is to create a scalable platform supporting millions of users worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing high-performance services
- Collaborating with front-end teams to create seamless user experiences
- Mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS/GCP
- Experience with Golang, Kotlin, Java, or other relevant programming languages
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB
- Strong communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
