Depuis plus de 15 ans, John Paul est reconnu pour créer des programmes de fidélisation inédits pour les entreprises. En 2023, nous renforçons nos équipes Concierges et recherchons des profils passionnés par le service client.
Nous recherchons un Concierge qui sera à l'écoute de nos Membres, curieux, inventif et astucieux pour répondre à leurs missions variées. Vous devrez respecter les exigences qui font la réputation de John Paul et répondre au niveau de qualité auquel nous nous engageons.
Le Profil Idéal- Avoir l'autonomie nécessaire pour gérer votre temps et organiser votre travail ;
- Posséder de bonnes qualités relationnelles : écoute, disponibilité, courtoisie ;
- Avoir le souci du détail et de la qualité de service : rigueur, précision, fiabilité ;
- Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques : Office, CRM ;
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit (orthographe et syntaxe) ;
- La flexibilité de travailler en horaires décalés ;
- L'envie d'intégrer une Team compétente, joyeuse et solidaire.
- La maitrise de l'anglais de base, au moins à l'oral, est nécessaire.
- Poste basé au centre de Lisbonne | Avenida da Liberdade
- Contrat en CDI, 40H par semaine, répartis du lundi au samedi (dimanche facultatif) de 7H à 21H.
- Rémunération sur 14 mois et primes trimestrielles très attractives, prise en charge des transports à hauteur de 30€ ;
- Indemnité repas 7.63€/jour.
