Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Automation Team: The successful candidate will oversee a team of experts in automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategic plans to enhance automation capabilities, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java, as well as experience with automation tools and software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
