At TN Portugal, we are currently seeking a HRIS Talent Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This role will be responsible for providing high-level support and leadership in the investigation of functional and technical requirements, as well as feasibility studies.
About the JobWe are looking for a skilled professional with more than 8 years of experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support. You should have a proven track record of successful HRIS implementations and experience with tools such as SAP HCM, Workday, and Visier.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Team leader in the design and deployment of HR Digital Transformation initiatives. You will provide technical expertise on Performance Management, Talent Marketplace, Opportunities Hub, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities- Support/lead high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies, advise on practical alternatives.
- Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
- Coordinate the configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
