**Job Overview**

GANT seeks an experienced Retail Store Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead the team in their absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, customer service, and team development.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager: Assist with day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Lead the Team: In the absence of the Store Manager, take charge of the store, team, and performance.
  • Drive Store Operations: Oversee store environment, retail policies, and staff administration.
  • Maintain Visual Presentation: Ensure store visual displays and merchandising meet company standards.
  • Contribute to Sales Targets: Drive sales growth through effective teamwork and process implementation.
  • Develop the Team: Support training and development, ensuring staff understands GANT goals and objectives.
  • Team Development: Encourage continuous learning through GANT Academy.


Requirements

  • Retail Experience: Proven track record as a Retail Sales Assistant or Assistant Store Manager, preferably within a fashion premium brand.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Experience in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Coaching and Development: Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with KPIs and drive results.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and interest in developing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Organization: Structured and organized approach to work.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
