UX/UI Designer

Contribute to a significant project:
- Develop and drive the UI/UX design vision for digital interfaces, including web, desktop, and native HMI systems.
- Participate in UX research and design processes, iterating and finalizing UX designs across various platforms.
- Collaborate daily with frontend developers, product owners, and designers; mentor and guide UI/UX colleagues in best practices.
- Apply strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Update UI design based on customer and user feedback, market adaptation, or changes in the brand style guide.
- Communicate and present design solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the teams.
- Review and optimize existing user interface designs by identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
- Support acceptance, usability, and accessibility tests to ensure design implementations meet user needs and quality standards.
- Academic degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a similar field.
- Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of color and layout.
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design methods.
- Familiarity with user interface design patterns and guidelines for responsive web applications, desktop software, and HMI systems.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Experience with up-to-date design tools (ideally Sketch, Abstract, Figma).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work and communicate design solutions in iterations.
- Growth mindset – willing to learn whatever you don't know yet.
- Willingness to work in a multinational team environment.
- Accountability and proactivity.
- Good communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
