">The Global HR Operational Excellence Director will lead the HR Operational Excellence Department within our Corporate and Business Solutions Center. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead various HR teams (80+ people) to deliver efficient HR business services related to Employee life cycle (Hire to Retire)
- Translate business needs into process improvement and technology enablement with associated change management implications
- Drive change management efforts needed to improve operational excellence, including adoption of new systems, programs, and process changes
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, ideally in a Global Business Services type of organization, with a Technology or Systems focus
- Strong understanding of HR processes, models, and infrastructure
- Leadership skills to manage 80+ people located in several countries (Europe, South America, and Asia)
HR Technologies
">This role requires expertise in HR Technology (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) and application in a global, complex business environment. SAP SuccessFactors is a must-have skill.
">Collaboration
">You will work closely with multiple senior stakeholders from HR, Finance, Purchasing, and Technology divisions. Collaboration, communication, and leadership are essential skills for this role.
