At Evmechanica, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Global Business Services team in Porto. Our team provides services within areas such as HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT across the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver all AR processes, including completion of daily AR transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire accounts receivable process.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.
- Execute responsibilities such as receiving customer payments, applying cash remittances, posting AR activity, and conducting AR aging analysis.
- Process adjustments and examine alterations made in accounts to rectify errors/omissions.
- Perform other reasonable duties within the Order-to-Cash pillar as required.
- A first experience working within Accounts Receivable process, or other core financial process, within complex, large volume environment.
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Trustworthiness and self-motivation.
- Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP Systems).
- Good knowledge of basic O2C concepts and procedures.
