Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled Transformational Change Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs. Your expertise will help us drive business improvements, enhance our operations, and ensure a seamless transition to our new global structure.
Your primary focus will be on implementing and embedding strategic and technological changes across all stakeholders, ensuring that dependencies are managed, and impacted parties are taken through the different stages of transition successfully. You'll also be responsible for creating robust and coherent change plans, project managing their execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive implementation approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs
- Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools, preferably with certifications like Prosci or CCMP
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders, including Board-level executives
- An authentic, credible leader with gravitas, passionate about driving business improvements and establishing strong relationships
- Pragmatic and organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to manage complexity and ambiguity
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
