We are seeking a Senior Identity Architect to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our technical solutions, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Secret Management.
Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain IAM's technical solutions.
- Create and maintain standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedures, and infrastructure.
- Drive planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM team members.
- Conduct regular assessments of IAM infrastructure and identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in the IT field, at least 5+ years in the IAM field.
- Strong knowledge in PowerShell, Python, GitLab, Terraform, Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, Active Directory.
- In-depth understanding of identity protocols and technologies: OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, SCIM, and platforms such as MS Azure.
- Okta/Saviynt/Cyberark/AWS/Alicloud/GCP knowledge is a plus.
