Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating manual test suites in TestRail, analyzing change, and designing effective test plans and runs. They will build, maintain, and run Appium Automation suites for our native Apps, define and gather metrics on automation suite performance, and report on them. Additionally, they will support junior team members, take ownership of automation suites, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate Quality Assurance activities within Software Development teams, and provide production support and patch/hot-fix management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong automation skills, a deep understanding of the Appium framework and Java, experience gathering automation metrics, and adapting approaches to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of automation suites. You should be able to work in a dynamic environment, handle customer/stakeholder escalations, and communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
