This is an exciting opportunity to join Randstad Digital Portugal as a Loan Trading Middle Office Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales & Trading teams in processing and settling primary, secondary, and distressed loan trades for US and UK markets.

Your Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Sales & Trading, clients, and legal teams to facilitate trade settlements.
  2. Create and validate trades in ClearPar, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  3. Review and execute trade documents, adhering to LSTA/LMA guidelines.
  4. Track and manage loan closings, perform reconciliations, and escalate settlement delays.
