About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst to join our team at Kwan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying your expertise in server-side and front-end development to support functional analysis and system documentation. You will develop detailed functional analysis documentation to guide the development process and ensure alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will monitor and coordinate the development process across various components to ensure consistent progress and adherence to specifications. You will also engage with clients to define deliverables, ensuring their requirements are understood and incorporated into the project. Furthermore, you will participate in daily meetings with multiple teams to create comprehensive functional documentation for different project components.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise in both server-side and front-end development to support functional analysis and system documentation.
  • Develop detailed functional analysis documentation to guide the development process and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor and coordinate the development process across various components to ensure consistent progress and adherence to specifications.
  • Engage with clients to define deliverables, ensuring their requirements are understood and incorporated into the project.
  • Participate in daily meetings with multiple teams to create comprehensive functional documentation for different project components.

Requirements:
  • +3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Solid experience with Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence, for project management and documentation.
  • Strong ability to create clear and effective technical documentation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to initiating new projects and driving continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of testing processes, including critical analysis to identify visible and hidden workflow issues.
  • Proficiency in logging techniques and familiarity with design patterns for effective software development.
  • Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for team collaboration and project tracking.
  • Experience with SCRUM methodologies for Agile project management.
  • Strong ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into various projects and teams.
