Vous rejoindrez notre équipe comme Développeur de Relations Clientèle Google Ads, chargé d'aider les clients à démarrer et optimiser leurs campagnes publicitaires en ligne via Google AdWords. Votre objectif principal sera de comprendre les exigences et les objectifs du client pour proposer des solutions marketing appropriées.

Vos responsabilités
Comme Développeur de Relations Clientèle Google Ads, vous serez responsable de :

  • Aider les clients à développer leur présence en ligne grâce aux produits Google ;
  • Améliorer les ventes et les bénéfices de nos clients en optimisant leurs campagnes publicitaires en ligne ;
  • Comprendre les besoins et les attentes de nos clients pour offrir des expériences satisfaisantes ;
  • Trier et analyser des données pour prendre des décisions éclairées et améliorer les performances.

Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes qui :
Ont un excellent niveau de français écrite et verbale ;
Sont capables de communiquer efficacement avec les clients ;
Ont une solide compréhension des bases du marketing digital ou des plateformes de publicité en ligne ;
Peuvent travailler de manière autonome tout en étant capable de s'intégrer dans une équipe dynamique ;
Apprécient le travail en centre d'appel ou ont des expériences similaires.
