Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Hovione.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations to ensure the efficient import and export of goods and information flows.
• Manage inventory, warehousing operations, and regulate warehouse space to ensure an efficient supply of goods.
• Administer an effective system to meet the organization's inventory targets through efficient and transparent flow of information and materials.
• Prepare all documentation required to support the transit of goods, ensuring information systems are updated accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations.

Qualifications:
• University or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, preferably in a similar industry.
