About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder to lead our technical vision and drive innovation in AI-driven outreach systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling our platform to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring seamless integration with our AI-driven outreach system.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and integrations to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Drive automation, eliminating manual processes and refining AI model interactions to deliver impactful results.
- Build and lead a strong engineering team as we scale, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deep expertise in Full-Stack Development, with a strong background in backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Experience in AI & Automation, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and API integrations.
- Strong skills in Scalability & Architecture, with the ability to build for scale and manage large datasets.
- Familiarity with Database & Infrastructure, including structuring, optimizing, and managing data efficiently.
- Security & Compliance knowledge, with a focus on data privacy, security best practices, and API security.
- A hands-on approach, with experience in coding when needed, but also leading tech strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Drive, with a passion for growing a startup from MVP to scale.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and iterate quickly.
- Leadership & Hiring, with experience in recruiting, managing, and inspiring an engineering team.
- Business-Driven Thinking, with an understanding of how tech decisions impact growth & revenue.
Bonus Requirements
If you have additional experience, it's a plus if you have:
- 7-10 years in engineering, with leadership experience (Tech Lead, CTO, Senior Engineer).
- Built and scaled a SaaS product, preferably in B2B, sales automation, or workflow automation.
- Comfortable with fundraising and technical due diligence.
- Experience with hiring and managing engineers, even a small team.
