At hyphenteam, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Strategist to play a key role in our commercial development efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in areas such as Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or Communication.

Responsibilities
  • We're looking for someone to identify and explore new business opportunities in the private and public sectors, including public procurement processes.
  • The ideal candidate will engage with international clients to identify opportunities for growth in global markets.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach, you'll conduct market research and generate new business leads through outreach methods like cold-calling and cold-emailing.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our teams to create compelling commercial proposals that combine our technical capabilities and design expertise.
  • Supporting contract negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Working with public procurement platforms such as Vortal and Acingov.
