Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes;
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and files;
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to prevent errors and irregularities;
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure they meet expectations and standards;
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from vendors, plants, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner;
  • Contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives, aligning with the company's overall strategy;
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required to support the team and organization.

Requirements

To excel as an Accounts Payable Operations Manager, you should have:

  • +2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Proven expertise in managing accounts payable operations;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
