We are seeking a seasoned Consultant to join our dynamic Residential team in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Market prospection and property enlistment
- Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers
- Support real estate commercialization strategies
- Achieve established objectives (quantitatively and qualitatively)
- Conduct property brokerage processes to their conclusion
Requirements, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Real Estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent analytical, planning, and negotiation skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility
- Team player and ease of communication
- Proactivity, assertiveness, and resilience
