We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance and Quality Systems Leader to join our team at Tn Portugal. As a Compliance and Quality Systems Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company maintains a high level of quality and compliance.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulations and standards related to our industry, including cGMPs and LEAN-based quality systems. You will be responsible for evaluating, advising, and providing services and technical support related to legal and scientific regulatory requirements.
You will also be expected to maintain active and efficient communication channels along several Hovione sites and represent the company through communications and negotiations with regulatory authorities.
In addition, you will lead initiatives within your group or department, ensuring plan definition and timely execution. You will make quality and timely decisions within your tasks under your responsibility and gather relevant data to inform decision-makers regarding complex issues.
- Implement and manage guidelines and cGMPs
