Rydoo is a fast-growing fintech scale-up seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Services Specialist to join its team. This role is responsible for providing legal support and operational improvements aligned with our sales, revenue operations, and legal strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Work closely with commercial stakeholders to deliver scalable legal solutions, identify and troubleshoot potential issues, and provide recommendations and resolution options.
- Collaborate with the RevOps team to seek internal stakeholder approvals for any contract modifications, streamlining the validation process for smooth communication and alignment between stakeholders and the sales team.
- Ensure that sales teams adhere to standardized contracts, promoting client satisfaction through uniformity and consistency in our offerings.
- Bachelor in Law or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal roles, including negotiating commercial contracts, implementing legal operational processes, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to navigate various organizational structures and adjust negotiation approaches to suit different stakeholders and scenarios.
