Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our new hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our hotel and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including revenue generation, labour productivity, and cost control.
- Work closely with the Head of Lifestyle Operations EAME, Ownership, and Senior Leadership team to ensure the successful launch of the property.
- Foster strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality management, preferably with a track record of achieving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners.
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
