At Colt Technology Services, we're looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in connecting our business with our customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming new customers and providing them with the support they need to work effectively with us.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are working together seamlessly throughout the delivery process.
  • Taking customer inquiries and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
  • Educating customers about our systems, tools, and processes.
  • Acting as a point of escalation and resolution if existing processes fail to deliver as expected.
  • Managing sales and contract renewals.
  • Supporting the measurement of customer happiness and driving customer satisfaction upwards.
  • Supporting sales colleagues to prioritize and prospect for new customers.
  • Coordinating pricing, quoting, and ordering activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a proven track record in addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies and products, showcasing an understanding of the technical aspects that underpin our services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for conveying complex information clearly and fostering positive customer interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence individuals at all organizational levels to facilitate customer requirements.
