Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Content Analyst specializing in the Yoruba-speaking region to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for researching international and geopolitical events, analyzing potential risks, and ensuring the trustworthiness of our platforms. This role involves synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on global events impacting Yoruba-speaking regions, focusing on topics relevant to platform safety and integrity.

• Transform complex, multi-source information into concise, actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making.

• Identify and assess emerging trends that could present risks to the platforms, particularly in relation to inappropriate or explicit content.

• Review and moderate internet content to ensure compliance with platform policies, addressing sensitive or explicit material appropriately.

• Maintain thorough documentation of research methods, findings, and conclusions, generating detailed reports for internal review.

• Work with various teams to prioritize research based on business objectives, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.

• Evaluate potential threats and risks to the platform trust, using analytical insights to inform strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Expertise in geopolitical research and trend analysis.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize complex data.

• Proficiency in Yoruba and English for cross-market communication and support.

• Experience with content moderation and understanding of content policies.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills for clear, detailed insights.
